Abortion: Is it her choice or theirs

While a woman should have the right to choose abortion without being criticized, the issue of abortion is very disputable. Everyone has their own individual opinion. Many people believe abortion is a moral issue, but it is also a constitutional issue. It is a woman's right to choose what she does with her body, and it should not be altered or influenced by anyone else Abortion represents a woman's right to choose whether or not to continue a pregnancy, and this is a fundamental human right and reproductive freedom that is protected by the United States Constitution. This basic and important reproductive choice should not be made by the government or any other outside force against the woman's wishes but solely by the individual woman herself.
Abortion is quite the controversial matter in society today; however, it is not widely discussed, and therefore it is hard for one to express their opinions on the matter. Regardless, many people have their views on the subject, whether these views be educated and well thought up, or simply a general view as to why abortion should or should not be practiced. However, for the most part, it seems that certain social groups of society tend to think the same way on abortion. Many forms of religion are opposed to abortion. In their eyes, abortion is a form of murder in that it involves the taking of an innocent life. Issues of life and death are closely linked to spiritual issues and should be decided by a higher being. Abortion is not only a matter of conscience but is something which affects the relationship between human beings and God. However, there are followers within the various religions who accept that there may be a few exceptional circumstances in which abortion is allowed. These include the risk of serious damage to the woman’s health or if the unborn baby is unlikely to survive. Men and women generally hold similar views on abortion, but women are more likely

There are two different viewpoints on abortion. Pro-choice and pro-life. Let’s start with the easy one. Pro-life means that a person is completely against abortion. The pro-life viewpoint is the belief that abortion is considered taking the life a human, which would mean that life begins at conception. People may have this viewpoint for religious values, or even their personal moral values, and believe that abortion for anyone is wrong. Pro-choice is a little bit harder to describe. It doesn’t mean pro-abortion, it literally concerns the word choice. People that are pro-choice believe that it is a person’s personal decision as to whether or not they get an abortion. Somebody may be completely against abortion personally, but may still be pro-choice because they believe that it is a person’s decision and that right should not be…

If you look at it from the moral angle, there are many dimensions associated to abortion. It is virtually impossible to give a legal judgment in any case of abortion in quick time because the debate is extremely complex and every single question raises more sub-questions and sub-parts. Nevertheless, there are pro-life enthusiasts who're against abortion and then there are 'pro-choice' who're either partially or completely in favor of abortion. So does the debate on abortion have any end? Probably not. But as individuals we can study and know more about both sides of the story and then form our opinions. In debates on abortion, it is always wise to be unbiased as only that can help you arrive at a better position to conclude anything.…

It is hard to find a single definition for the word “abortion.” Dictionary.com states that an abortion is also called voluntary abortion and it is the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a pregnancy. However, google states that an abortion is defined as the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first twenty-eight weeks of pregnancy. On the contrary, Merriam Webster defines an abortion as a medical procedure used to end a pregnancy and cause the death of the fetus. Just reading these definitions begin the argument of whether or not abortion should be legal and if it is “morally” right. Abortion has become a popular topic of discussion across politics and within churches. Although both sides have valid arguments, it is up to the woman carrying the child to decide whether she will keep the child or not. No government, nor religion should force someone into making a decision they weren’t fully supportive of.…

How would it be like if you weren’t allowed to choose what happens to your future? Some women do not get the luxury of choosing for themselves due to some laws set and they do not get the option whatsoever. That should be different as women are the ones who carry the babies, not the ones who are voting against it. Even though the baby never had the chance to live life, women should have the right to choose what they want to do with their baby because it may be bad for the women herself to have to care of a baby, they may not be prepared for a baby, and we do not know their circumstances of the situation.…

Whoever assists in the act of abortion must be sentenced. Do not let the thought of mercy corrupt your minds, for if an abortionist were granted acquittal, his detestable work will be encouraged instead of outlawed. ( Consequence ) The abortionist does not only harm one, but instead causes suffering and loss to many, even the judges who consider his case; for the judge's own grandchildren could fall to the same fate others have if the abortionist is not found guilty. Abortion isn't a bad decision when it comes to not wanting a baby. For example, when the mother has health issues or any other medical issue, abortion is an option so the baby doesn't get affected. A mother has the decision in order to choose abortion knowing if she thinks it's the best for her condition or self. It shouldn't be considered as murder even when it's at 10 to twelve weeks. Even though parts of the body, such as; the legs, arms, it is not considered a human being. What is an abortion? Should abortions be legal in the United States? An abortion is the termination of a pregnancy. Today, abortion is one of the most controversial topics in the United States, some people believe abortions should be illegal, but abortions are legal nationwide. My opinion is that abortions should be illegal because an unborn baby should have a chance at life just like the two who conceived it. Abortions should be illegal because there are ways to prevent a pregnancy, it is the killing of a living human being, murder, and it’s a possibility that a woman can have complications after an abortion including psychological trauma.…
