Mr. Chung Lee:
Because of the relationship that co-exists between us, our desire to serve you and help your business in Beijing is our top priority. It is with grace and gratitude that I greet you and present you with a proposition I have for you overseas. I am a trained director who specializes in effective ways to use your smartphone efficiently.
To assist you it is with much pleasure I have that I am able to invite you to the states so you can have a pleasant visit and we can also make arrangements regarding business meetings. Houston is a city in Texas that has many technology tools to help ensure that you and your company have the best services possible.
I am so very eager to discuss that this smartphone will be an asset to both you and your company in many ways, such as the following:
An iPhone has many features to help your business. You can set daily reminders to remind yourself of important business affairs, personal matters, and also anything else you need to do for yourself or the company.
An iPhone is also an asset personally because you’re able to communicate internationally and see what is going on in the states with a feature named “Facetime” where you can see the person you are talking to.
We would feel honored to have the opportunity to discuss personally with you the tools and goals we have for your company. If you allow us to propose these things to you then you will not be disappointed.

This workshop was a collaboration between the Asian Kaleidoscope Month and the Culinary Arts Student Union. I developed the logistics for the event, which was divided into two parts, the first segment dealt with the history/cultural significance of the dish, and the second segment was a cooking workshop. I met with the executive board of the Culinary Arts Student Union, exchanged ideas, and then relayed information to the Asian Kaleidoscope Month executive board…

Asian Americans, have been immigrating to the United States since the late 18th century. The two main Asian races that entered the country around that time, were the Chinese and Japanese. Not all of the Asian Americans arrival were pleasant, nor were they actually considered citizens of the United States. The Chinese received the privilege of citizenship from the United States during the tragedy of WW2, while the Japanese were treated similar to animals and were thrown into camps. The Japanese did not earn the rights towards citizenship until the importance of the Transcontinental Railroad was recognised. That was when the Asian Americans got the citizenship they deserved for everything they were contributing to the country. (Joyner, 2005)…

Good morning Mr. Chairman, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Immanuel L. Maglasang from Boonwattana School. Today, I would like to affirm to you that ASEAN CULTURE is for everyone. First, I would like to define what culture is. Most of us think that culture is just about Folk Dances, Festivals and Traditions. But culture is more than that. Culture is the characteristics of a particular group of people, defined by everything from language, religion, cuisine, social habits, music and arts. Each country in the Association of South East Asian Nation or ASEAN has its own distinct culture. This difference in culture is what we call cultural diversity. Many people think that this cultural diversity is the reason why ASEAN culture is NOT for everyone. They think that since culture among the countries in ASEAN differ, it will be impossible for them to work together in the upcoming AEC. I totally disagree! I believe that even with the differences in culture, we still have the ability to live together peacefully and in harmony.…
