Country vs. City living Today we make important decisions when deciding where to live. This is not a decision that is always easy to make. There are many things that you need to take into consideration. Like do you want your neighbors to be close, do you like to listen to the noise and traffic of the city? Don’t forget to consider your job and drive time, and pets if you have or want them. For many people this is one of the many important decisions they will have to make. Do you live in the city or the country? The decision is yours to make. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. Living in the country provides you with more privacy you don’t have neighbors living above below or within a few feet of your front door. This is one of the major down sides to living in the city is your neighbors are too close. Although having your neighbors so close can be a good thing in case of an emergence. Both the city and country are noisy in the city you have the noise of everyday traffic, and the commotion from people passing. You hear the noise of cars passing day and night, the coming and going of people living around you. In the country you get the noise of the birds and the insects at nights. It can get annoying but it can also be calm and relaxing. Living in the city allows most people to be closer to their work which allows for a shorter distance to drive allowing them to spend less on gas. The country makes for more driving time if you work outside of you home expect to spend a little more time in your car and on gas. But with less traffic it won’t be too bad. The city provides you many choices when it comes to getting something to eat whether it’s dinning in or take out. There are some places that deliver to the country depending on how far you live. There is less of a choice when it comes to dinning out in the country. You don’t have a restraint available around every corner like in the city. There is also a pet
