How Abiotic Factors Affect The Amazon Rainforest
An ecosystem is a complete community of living organisms and the only nonliving materials of their sorroundings . The Amazon Rainforest is found in South America, spanning across Brazil and Bolivia. It covers much of the northwestern Brasil and it is the largest tropical rainforest in the world. It’s crisscrossed with thousands of rivers. The Amazon represents over half of the planet's remaining rainforests. It covering over five and a half a million square kilometres (1.4 billion acres. An abiotic factor is any of a number of the non-living components of a habitat. The abiotic factors of the amazon rain forest biome are the amount of water , sunlight , climate , weather and precipitation. These factors affect the trees and animals that live there. They are very important because without the right amount of water and sunlight the trees in the rainforest would not be able to grow and it will die. A biotic factor is any living component that affects another organism. The tropical rainforest is the perfect environment for more then 15 million types of plants and animals. These factors affect the rainforest because if there are no biotic components in the forest then the foresnt will die.
