Frederick II: I never said that I completely stopped serfdom; I reduced it to a bare minimum.
Catherine the Great: That is not completely true because a while back we both agreed to strengthen serfdom to appease our noble classes.
Frederick II: That was back then and during a very hard time in my economy, so I needed a solution and serfdom was the only answer. Now I have other solutions and my economy is different now. And during that time I also helped them by creating new buildings and giving them required education. I also gave the poor serfs farming equipment. And I am still the brightly enlightened one because I have the best government.
