On August 6,1945 the United States dropped a Uranium atomic bomb on the city of Hiroshima, located in Japan. It was necessary for the U.S. army force to drop the bomb on Hiroshima due to the attack on Pearl Harbor, the need to impress Russia, and to mark the end of a global conflict. Japan attacked Pearl Harbor in 1941,killing innocent lives and causing a mass destruction, because of this, the U.S. needed to retaliate. The U.S. lost about 2,390 servicemen and over 1000 were injured. This was an incredible onslaught against American citizens and defenders of the nation.
