How to Curl Hair with Curling Iron
General purpose: to entertain.
Specific purpose statement: I will show you guys how to curl your hair using the curl iron.
Central idea: three main points will be discussed such as accessories to do this hair style, how to do it, and final look.
Introduction
Attention Getter: Does anyone in this class want to wear the same clothes to go to school every day or every week? I think no one wants to do that because the person next to us will smell something different. Besides that, it will be boring.
Preview of the speech: Now, look around our room, there are lots of girls with long, beautiful hair but keep an old hair style. Don’t you want to make a new hair style to refresh yourself ? Or you really want to do it but don’t know how to?
Establish the credibility and goodwill of the speaker: Today, I will help you to refresh yourself by showing you how to curl your hair with curling iron.
Body
A. Preparing:
1. Accessories:
You will need a curling iron, of course, a hair spray to make your hair last longer, a comb and a hair clip.
If you have a dry hair, you might think of using hair oil.
In addition, preparing some nice accessories for your hair, if you want to have different look at party.
2. Curling iron:
I will set the iron at a highest temperature for the best result.
B. Curling:
First, you will divide your hair into two or three sections.
Then I will take about an inch of hair and wrap it up around the curling iron.
The thicker the hair you have to hold onto it for a bit longer.
Let it go and just like you see, your hair will look like this.
I just continue to do the rest of hair like the steps I just show you.
After I’ve done with the curling. I’ll run the finger through it and spray the end of it.
I just want to remind you that how long you keep the iron on your hair depends on how your hair takes heat.
C. Addition tip:
1. For daily look:
You can let your hair curl like this, or you can tie it up in order to make you look more active, or to be a lovely girl.
2. For a party look:
In order to show the beauty of your face, you should let your curly hair into one side like this.
Then you can put some accessories into your hair to make you more beautiful and special in the party.
Conclusion
Review main point: now, I’ve done with curling the hair using curl iron. You can follow my step-by-step to make you hair curl.
Make a memorable statement: do you want to be beautiful and look fashion every day? You can do this style at home before going to school. Or you can use this for your party day. I’ll be great idea. Moreover, to boyfriends in this class, you can make your girlfriend surprise and happy if you help or show her how to curl hair with the curling iron.
We were born with the natural beauty in and outside. Don’t let your beauty sleep for so long. Wake them up today by practicing new hair style I just showed you. Hope you enjoy my speech and success with your new hair style. Thanks for your listening.
