1. According to the reported data, my water intake is still short about 100ml/day, and the fluid mostly comes from water. In order to prevent the dehydration, which might eventually cause coma and death if severe, as well as increased burden on kidney and decreased blood electrolyte caused by over-consumption of water, the better choices will be juices that are fortified vitamins, such as orange juice where usually vitamin A and calcium and some other B-complex vitamins are added other than vitamin C. In addition, a cup of orange juice contains about 120 kcal. Even though my total calorie intake is below, I should still limit the added sugar as much as I can, so one cup per day should be enough to meet the fluid requirement (1638ml) but won’t significantly exceed the total required calorie intake.

Overlap: when referring to a single nutrient, my dietary fiber intake in grams which can be related to vegetable and fruit groups on Myplate report is below the recommendation, and Myplate states the similar fact about my intakes of vegetable and fruit groups. Secondly, nutrient-based summary shows that my diet lacks of many micronutrients, such as vitamin A, folate, and calcium where can be found largely from dairy foods, and the Myplate also signals that the dairy group is significantly lower than the recommendation.
Divergent: the most obvious example is the protein intake; on the nutrient-based assessment my actual intake (72.5 grams) is above the recommendation (42.8 grams), whereas Myplate reports a shortage of 1.1 oz (based on 2000 Calorie intake). Another example is carbohydrate. Since carbs mostly come from grains or fruits for my diet, I might conclude that I have carbs if looking at the Myplate report. However, nutrient-based assessment tells me that my actual intake (222 grams) is below the recommendation (233-337
