Ideal Student
Quote: I realized that the only purpose to revolution is to be able to love who you want, how you want, when you want and where you want...
Idle student: An ideal student is someone who is thirsty for knowledge. Such a student will not be distracted in class. After all that is what every teacher desires. This thirst for knowledge will ensure that she is attentive and is committed to learn all that she can about a particular subject so that she can understand it fully. An ideal student will also have certain other distinguishing qualities. She will have well – defined goals in life and her effort will be to do whatever it takes to achieve these goals. For instance, if you ask her what she aspires to be, she will have a ready answer. And she will have a good reason for what she aspires to be. She will also have a clear vision of what is necessary to attain her goal. An ideal student will respect her teachers but will not be afraid of them. She will have the courage to admit her ignorance and ask for advice and direction if she needs it. She will not be the kind of person who accepts things blindly and learns by rote. She will try to grasp concepts and if she finds it difficult, will have the confidence to approach her teachers for more information. She will be active in many things for she understands that one should have a well – rounded personality. She will have character more than anything else for it is character that makes a person’s destiny. She will compete only with herself and if someone seeks her help in class, will show no hesitation in giving it. An ideal student will observe discipline. She will be punctual and properly dressed. She will not absent herself from class for silly reasons and will do her homework daily. She will be neat and tidy and observe decorum in class.

To be successful in English 100 a student must be determined, articulate, and disciplined, without determination all other qualities seem minimal because the “want” to succeed is applicable to anything in life. Also without being able to articulate thoughts, experiences, and opinions is essential for clear communication. Discipline ties both qualities together creating the ideal student. All three qualities are very important in my life and are the deciding factor on how I spend my day. Keeping myself determined and driven towards long term and short term goals usually regulates my attitude, and also the actions I take during the day. Social media is a way that in my daily life I am able to articulate my opinions and share events that have taken place, although not consistently grammatically correct it is still an outlet. Discipline is a constant uphill battle, but through my determination I am able to maintain and accomplish things such as making revisions after revision to an essay.…

First, we mentioned study. A good student has to do study everyday. Study involves reading the textbooks, understand them, be able to explain it to others and sometimes memorize the most important concepts. As a creature of habit, it is important to have a special place and a special time to study. A good student will try to find a peaceful place and also try to study during those times that he/she works best. While studying, a good student can also use this time to do the homework and assigned reading. They are, most of the time, the application of what is covered in class. Personally, I study every day between the courses hours at the school library. This helps me to go over the last course I had, the next one that I would take and also do my homework.…

Many teachers consider the perfect student to be someone who is very attentive, does not procrastinate, and aims to do their very best. However, many students decide that good students are made throughout the eyes of a good teacher. Every schoolhouse has that one teacher that drags into the parking lot in their 1965 Buick and honks everybody into their morning joy. As this person enters the school, you can probably tell what kind of day you can look forward to as they linger into the room spreading morning cheer as they scream sharing their previous Krispy Kream breakfast with the entire classroom. By the time that class has begun, the students are now either scared into total silence, or they are cracking their sides laughing at this display of unnecessary behavior. Therefore, the teacher has now lost complete control of the manner of their class, for their grumpiness has now earned them a sense of disrespect from all that they encounter.…
