My Daily Routine
My Daily Routine

A lot of people have different daily routines. My day starts with Fajr payer at 6:00 am but it is not at all easy to get up at 6:00 early in the morning. I set up at least 3 alarms, finally when the third alarm rings and with a great deal of effort when my mind gets conscious I get out of my bed. I tidy my bed, brush my teeth, take a shower or do wazzu. After fajr namaz then I have my breakfast.
The breakfast is the best time to communicate with your parents. When we sit down we start talking about our dreams and about whether but since my dad doesn’t live here, he works in K.S.A my mother tends to be a great companion.
Then at 7:20 am I start getting ready for my University, I leave for University around 8:00 am where I study so hard. Normally I reach there at 8:10 am .At University I am very serious I attend my first class at 9:00 am which ends around at 12:00 am. I then leave class and go to the cafeteria with some of my friends, we sit there and have something to eat. We start talking about everything for instance; the current situation, studies and so on.. we always spend great time with each other. After the hours of wakefulness, I go home and take a nap. I get off my bed and go to the toilet. I pray Zohar. After that I have my lunch at 2:30 pm with my family. My evening starts with Asar prayer, five times prayer really satisfies my soul after praying in the evening I sit down and start doing my homework. After two hours practicing my lessons I pray Maghrib and at half past eight I turn on the TV and watch some shows that I like most, I never miss watching ‘How I met your mother’ and ‘Supernatural’. Then after watching the T.V I go to the gym because I believe a person should be physically fit I come back home at 9:45 pm I take a shower and pray Isha after that me and my family sit down for dinner and share our daily work and experience throughout the day.
After having dinner I then use internet I spend hours on the internet searching,

This processes usually take about three hours to do, between waking up, picking out my clothes, brushing my teeth, showering, drying my hair, getting dressed, making breakfast, eating breakfast, and leaving the house. I normally try to get up early so I can get myself together to start my day. I believe and know that there is a faster way to finish my daily tasks. From the time my alarm goes off until the minute I get out of bed is usually thirty minutes because I hit the snooze button about three times. Once I essentially drag myself out of bed, I start by picking out my outfit for the day, sometimes I pick them out quickly and sometimes it takes me up to a half hour. A few minutes is used for brushing my teeth. My shower usually takes me about twenty minutes. My hair is long so it takes me thirty minutes to dry my hair straight. Then I make breakfast and eat which in fact only takes me twenty minutes depending on what I make for breakfast. Then finally I am out the door.…

I decided to attend college for a reason. Therefore, I should make every single day count. At the end of the day, I note down the accomplishments of my day in a diary and schedule my plans for the following day. Everyday is a new day. With a busy life, it's essential to plan ahead and recognize the small steps that one has to take in order to get where one desires to be. A schedule for every single day of the week may sound tedious, but it only take thirty minutes out of one's day. One can portion out the time for sleeping, eating, working, and enjoying. Not every second of the day has to be spent on homework or sleep. By maintaining a journal, one can keep track of small achievements and be a bit satisfied.…

The theory we chose to discuss in this discussion post is the Routine Activities and Lifestyles Theory. According to Daigle, this theory came about in the 1970’s and was developed by Lawrence Cohen and Marcus Felson (Daigle, 20). According to the textbook, this theory is “a person’s routine activities and lifestyle place them at risk of being victimized. The risk is higher when there are motivated offenders, little to none capable guardianship, and a suitable target” (Daigle, 602). There are obvious lifestyle choices that can lead to victimization. Some of these choices include walking alone at night, being in known dangerous areas, and/or choosing a lifestyle with a pattern.…

I would usually relax and eat something when I got home, but I just couldn’t, I didn’t want to deal with what was going on, so I just slept it off. After I woke up around 6pm-7pm, I would go get some dinner, come back to my room, listen to music, and then play on my bass for a good 2 hours or so to relieve my stress, and eventually falling back asleep around 12. This would impact me severely because I would sometimes wake up around 8:00am and be late for school. I would then arrive to my first period Apex class where I would either work on my assignments or sleep because of stress. After that I would continue on with my journey and go to my Legacy class at 2nd period, continue with my work until 4th period, and then hopefully eat something at lunch, if not, oh well, there was always food for me when I got…

A day in the life of a Project Manager - 1 I start off my day by going through emails and adding to my to-do list. I then go to see the creative teams, designers and studio to brief them and make sure they have all the bits they need to get on with the day’s work. (Tick things off my to-do list.) The account team and I have a status meeting on all the projects we have on the go. (Add a few bits to my to-do list.) I remind the teams that we have a briefing tomorrow and that they need to get the brief signed off by the creative director. Get back to my desk and go through some more emails, prepare a few estimates, POs, and set up reviews. (Tick a few more things off my to-do list.) I give Georgia May Jagger’s agent a call to check the rights for use of an image of her on a website from two years ago. I send this cost onto the account team. (Add a note to my to-do list to get a signed estimate from account team). I then call a few publications to get some specs for a press ad we are doing and pass these on to the studio. (Tick another thing off my to-do list.) Pop out for a quick bite to eat with a few of my colleagues. Back in the office – go through more emails, run into a few reviews with the creative team and designer.…
