Personal Narrative: My Decision To Return To College
Adult students face many difficulties when deciding to return to school in order to achieve a long time goal. As an adult student I have experience many life experiences influencing my decision to return to school and also encountered many hurdles that I had to overcome. The experience that has influenced my decision to return to school is my family all being college graduates. A struggle that may influence my ability to achieve my academic goals is balancing work and school scheduling.
Coming from a family who has all become college graduates including doctorate graduates has influenced my decision to return to school. I am the only one in my family who has yet to finish a college degree, so being able to follow in my family’s footsteps is
