In Simon Benlow’s article, “Have it Your Way: Consumerism Invades Education”, he expresses his condemnation towards the college where he teaches, as they are now referring to “students” as “customers”. His disapproval is clearly seen by his use of words like “deeply troubled” and “hostile” (139).
