The Crucible is a story that took place in salem massachute in the 1600s it took place during the witch trials were people were people was accused of being a witch and people were hung for being a witch.

Everybody is at reverend Paris’s house. Paris’s daughter betty is very sick and had ask for reverend hale. Paris wanted to know how betty became ill so paris asked his niece abigail. She said that she didn’t know anything about what had happen last night. But paris saw the girls out with his slave tituba out in woods last night dancing and drinking blood. Paris goes downstairs to the people of the town and starts to have church with them. Abigail turns to proctor and tries to turn him against his wife and be with him. During the trials
