After reading the first few chapters of Pinkers book, The Blank Slate, I had many things catch my attention but the blank slate from the theories of human nature really grabbed my attention the most. Although the Judeo-Christian theory is the most famous all through the United States, most educated people don't have confidence in it because the theory can't be logically or scientifically demonstrated. Rather, educated people have come to have confidence in the Blank Slate. The Blank Slate expresses that the mind is clear of thoughts and convictions and that it is formed by the environment and the encounters it experiences.
