I strongly believe that because of that, when we look past our differences and work together, we are made stronger. People that are of a diverse culture bring new ways of seeing things, language skills, and they may provide solutions to both large and small scale problems through their own unique perspective. Cultural diversity allows people to think outside of what they normally do and expand their minds in a constructive manner. I would like to become a doctor because I want to help New Mexican people, and become a part of the solution to the many difficulties that this state faces because of the shortage of medical professionals. I love this state and all the different people that I have encountered in the time that I have lived here.
