Introduction In this project we have distributed the questionnaire and after the results have appeared we summarized them and we wrote this report in order to explain the findings. We play the role of researchers for Carrefour and our teacher asked us to find out the reasons behind Carrefour’s success in customer services. This project should be submitted on 16 December 2012.

Procedure
At the beginning we searched for some information relevant to the company. Then we wrote the questionnaire and distributed it among 10 students on Tuesday 27 November 2012. The questionnaire was about: * Where people usually shop. * The reasons of Carrefour’s success in serving the customer. * The improvements that Carrefour made. * The kind of impression that people have towards Carrefour.

Main Body
Carrefour is one of the largest retail companies in the world. It was established by three businessmen. It is found in thirty countries around the world in all of Asia, Europe and Latin America. It offers a lot of products in different areas such as: foods, household items, games, clothes and so on. Its income is growing quickly due to the turnout of customers.

    Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation. Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. Due to intangibility, the customers can’t feel the service, and thus causes lack of confidence of customers to the services. This assignment is going to point out their key of the success in keeping customer satisfaction as well as analyze a real example of bad practice of customer service, specifically, the California Fitness & Yoga Centers Vietnam and issue recommendations for the company to improve their customer service.…
