Shakespeare in the Park- Imagine sitting in central park on a beautiful summer night whilst being entertained by exceptional actors. In pasts year performers have included notable names such as Al Pacino, Morgan Freeman, and Meryl Streep. Shakespeare in the Park is a famous event that occurs every summer in NYC and has spread too many other places through the years. The shows are free, you get your seat by waiting outside the Delacorte Theatre. This summer’s shows include Taming of the Shrew ,and Troilus and Cressida.
7. Broadway in Bryant Park- Starting on July 7th there will be a weekly concert known as Broadway in Bryant Park! It includes numerous performances by some of the most popular shows on Broadway! It is from 12:30 to 1:30 on the main lawn in Bryant Park! So come stop by if you have the time and enjoy the fabulous Talent of Broadway's finest actors.
