About Me
My name is Betreace Alexandria Moss. I was born the youngest of three girls on
December 27, 1982 at Grady Memorial Hospital located in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a 25
year old mother of three beautiful children and am currently four months pregnant. Up
until July 25th of this year I was a full-time employee of two years at Mercedes-Benz of
South Atlanta, but due to the decrease of revenue the company began to downsize,
therefore affecting over fifteen employees including myself. Once that happened, I begin
to think to myself no more will I be susceptible to losing a job because of the downfall in
the economy; the fact that I didn’t have a degree made it even worse. I then decided to
further my education, but I needed to go into a field that exemplified me and that couldn’t
be affected by the economy. The healthcare field always need people in the nursing field,
medical assisting field, ultrasound technology and many more fields, so I decided to go to
school for a career in the healthcare field with my major of choice being “Pharmacy
Technology”. With me being a lover of people I knew that I would still be able to have
that relationship with the patient. I know that as a Pharmacy Technician many aspects of
psychology will be utilized on a daily basis. With that being said, I believe that it is very
important in my field of study to know what Psychology is, where it originated from, and
how it can and will be applied to my everyday living. For example, on a daily basis as a
Pharmacy Technician, I will have to know how to converse, approach, answer questions
and deal with people who have various illnesses, issues, physical and mental disorders. In
